Buyer Rebate Program-

WE are proud to offer to our family & friends in the Greater Rochester & the Fingerlakes area(s) this amazing program to help level the playing fields.  This program is designed to make your money go further in the real estate market. 

Our programs is available on the purchase of any residential home or multi-family property up to four units.  Our commission is paid by the seller and you can receive up to 30% to 50% of the gross commission we receive as a rebate. 

How it works…

Our commission is paid by the Seller, and our services to you are FREE!  Real Estate Rebates are completely legal in New York State.   Please give us a call to have an initial telephone interview.  If you are decided to move forward, will enter into an exclusive buyer’s agency agreement, which basically says you are working with us!  We will also fill out the Buyer’s Rebate Form, which will specify the details of your rebate. 

How is the 30% to 50% rebate decided?  Most rebates are starting at around 30%.  You may be eligible for up to 50% if you are purchasing multiple homes or a second time with us! 

Here are some simple guidelines for the program:

~Commission Rebates are available to buyers who close on a property where Proven Holdings LLC is listed as the buyer’s sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate

~To avoid conflict of interest, eligible homes for rebate do not include homes where Proven Holdings LLC is the Seller’s Agent

~All Rebates are subject to buyer’s lender guidelines and restrictions. 

~Buyers are not eligible for the rebate if they have signed a Buyer/Broker Agreement with another Real Estate Brokerage/Agent

~Buyers Rebates are for normal sales only, rebates may be eligible for short sales and foreclosures if it is eligible by the sellers lender or commercial owners. 

~Buyer must be listed as the principal buyer only on the closing documents.

~The offer of a rebate is subject to regulations, conditions, limitations, exclusions, modifications, and/or discontinuation without notice.
